Common pricing questions

Why no "starting at" price?
Because "starting at €349" in practice always turns into €1,500+. That's misleading. We'd rather give an honest total for a clear scope. If your project doesn't fit a package, you get a fixed bespoke quote — and that's exactly what you pay.
What's NOT included in the price?
Two things: (1) domain name and hosting after the first year (€8-€25/year at providers of your choice, on your own account), (2) content changes by us after your included hour, or via an optional maintenance contract at €95/mo. All technical work to go live is included.
What about VAT?
All amounts on this page are excluding 21% Dutch VAT. For Dutch SMBs with VAT registration this isn't an extra cost — for consumers it is. For sole traders under the KOR scheme we adjust the VAT handling per invoice.
Pay-when-launched: how does it work?
Default: 50% on brief sign-off, 50% at go-live. Clients who prefer to pay nothing upfront can choose 100% on delivery — then the risk sits with us, not you. Practical checkpoints: four approval gates (brief → wireframes → design → preview), and you can stop at any one.
What if I want to cancel later?
There's no contract to get out of. The website stays yours — domain, code, hosting, Analytics, all in your name. Optional maintenance is cancelable per month. No early-termination fees, no penalty clauses, no "45% of the remaining contract".
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
For the sprint packages (5-day delivery) and for the top Lighthouse scores optimization: yes, full refund if we miss the promise. For the regular rebuild track we work with four approval gates — if our output doesn't match what we agreed, you roll back to the previous gate at no extra cost.
Is this really without hidden costs?
Yes. If we discover extra work outside the agreed scope during the project, you get a fixed extra price for approval first. No invoice after the fact saying "oh, mobile optimization was extra". Mobile optimization, GDPR compliance, SEO foundation and content migration are standard in every package.
