Client: the natural or legal person who commissions an assignment.
Assignment: any web design, audit or maintenance engagement as described in the quote.
All offers are non-binding and valid for 30 days, unless stated otherwise. The DesignCheck Audit (1-page report) is free and without obligation.
We carry out assignments to the best of our judgment and ability. Deadlines stated in quotes are target dates, not strict deadlines.
On handover, the client receives the full source code and files. Hosting, domain registration and email are not part of our offering — the client arranges these themselves.
Rates are stated in the quote and are exclusive of VAT. Payment term is 14 days. Late payment incurs interest at the statutory Dutch commercial rate.
After full payment, copyright in the delivered site transfers to the client, with the exception of standard components and libraries (open-source / third-party licenses) which remain under their own licenses.
Our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant assignment. We are not liable for indirect loss or consequential damages.
Both parties treat confidential information as such and do not share it with third parties without written consent.
Changes to scope are recorded in an additional quote. Work outside scope is invoiced at the standard hourly rate.
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in [JURISDICTION].
