Audit form: the URL of your website + your email address if you request the full report.
Contact form / email: your name, email and the content of your message.
Server logs: IP address, user agent and visited pages. These are retained by our hosting provider according to their retention policy.

3. Purpose of processing

We use this data solely to:

Send you your audit report.
Respond to your questions or quote requests.
Monitor the technical operation of the site.

4. Retention period

Audit requests are kept for a maximum of [number] months. Client records are kept for 7 years in line with Dutch tax obligations.

5. Sharing with third parties
