A design of your own
Every site gets its own design in the style of your business, with your logo, your colours and your photos. We don't use templates or page builders, so your site doesn't look like anyone else's. It works as well on a phone as on a computer, loads fast and is built to be found in Google and in AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude.
What it costs
Our prices are fixed and public, so you know in advance what you pay and what you get.
- Refresh, €995 excl. VAT. Your existing site rebuilt, up to 6 pages, mobile-first, with your current copy better organised and an SEO foundation with Schema.org.
- Fresh Build, €1,495 excl. VAT. A completely new site of up to 10 pages, with a logo refresh and a design system. We write the copy and take the photos during a photo shoot.
- Premium, €2,495 excl. VAT. As many pages as you need, a full brand redesign with custom motion, copy and photos, a month of tuning after launch and a web shop of up to 50 products in Shopify.
Already have a site that works but isn't found? Then there is SEO and speed, €495 excl. VAT, one-off: we upgrade your existing site, and measure the SEO score on your homepage at delivery, 95 or higher or your money back.
Every website comes with our software, from €79 a month excl. VAT: hosting, domain, maintenance, updates and the workspace, one screen where bookings, reservations and enquiries from your site arrive straight away, next to your customers, quotes and reviews, on your computer and as an app on your phone.
Live within a week
After a short check and a call in which we agree on scope, price and delivery date, we build. You review a preview on a temporary address while your current site keeps running. After your approval the new site goes live on your own domain, within a week. You can edit text and photos yourself in the website builder, or we do it for you.
Built to be found
A beautiful site that nobody finds is wasted. Every site we build has a page per service, your business details in Schema.org, a sitemap that shows search engines every change, and a fast build for phones. We register it with Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
We measure quality instead of promising it. On 25 October 2026 the designcheck.nl homepage scored 98 for performance on desktop and 91 on mobile in Lighthouse, Google's measuring tool, 97 for accessibility and 100 for SEO and best practices. Every change is tested on phone and desktop before it goes live.
What is yours
Our terms say that copyright in what we make for you, such as the website, copy, photos and a logo, passes to you once paid in full. Your domain stays yours. At the end of the agreement you receive an export of the website and, if the domain is with us, the transfer code. The workspace software remains DesignCheck's.
You talk to the people who build it. Twan van Hulst is the designer and does the build and the technology, Lorenzo Ruisi does the strategy. Nothing is outsourced. DesignCheck is based in Mijdrecht, the Netherlands, and works with businesses across the Netherlands and abroad, on site or remotely.
