What the app does
The DesignCheck app puts the workspace from your computer on your phone. Appointments and reservations, enquiries and messages, customers, quotes, invoices and reviews are in one place, and you see whatever comes in through your website straight away.
It looks different for each trade: a kitchen screen and table plan for a restaurant, a diary per chair for a hairdresser, job sheets for a builder. Examples are on Software (in Dutch).
Who it is for
For businesses with a website and software from DesignCheck, and for their employees. The owner receives an account after signing the agreement and invites the team. The app is only for signing in; you get your account from us.
What it costs
The app is free, with no in-app purchases. The workspace comes with the software for your website, from €79 a month excl. VAT. All prices are on Pricing.
Your data
- No advertising and no trackers. The app only uses the camera and your photos when you take or choose a photo yourself, for example for a job sheet or a customer.
- Your data is stored in our database at Supabase in Frankfurt and on our own server at Hetzner, both in Germany. If you ask for a suggested reply or use the AI receptionist, Anthropic and ElevenLabs also process that conversation in the United States.
- You delete your account in the app itself: Instellingen (Settings), Account, Account verwijderen (Delete account). How that works is on Support.

The app is coming to the App Store for iPhone. On Android and on a computer, the same workspace works in the browser, at app.designcheck.nl/app.
