Signing in
Your workspace and the app. You sign in at app.designcheck.nl/app or in the DesignCheck app, with your email address and password. You get an account from us after signing the agreement. If you are an employee, the owner of your business invites you.
Your orders and invoices. These are in your account on designcheck.nl.
Forgotten your password? Request a new password at designcheck.nl/login. The site then asks for your two-step verification code, or you set it up with an app on your phone. The new password also works for your workspace and the app.
The DesignCheck app
The app is your workspace on the iPhone. What it does and who it is for is on the app page. If something does not work, close the app completely and open it again. If that does not help, email us what you did and what you saw, ideally with a screenshot.
Connections
You connect your Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account yourself, in your workspace under Koppelingen (Connections). That is also where you disconnect it: choose the service and press Ontkoppelen (Disconnect).
Deleting your account
In the app or in your workspace, go to Instellingen (Settings), Account, Account verwijderen (Delete account). You'll see what happens, then you confirm.
- Employee of a business: your account and your personal data are deleted immediately, and you receive an email to confirm. The data of the business stays with the business.
- Owner of a business: signing in stops immediately. Your account and the data of your business are deleted within 30 days. You receive an email with the date, and another one once everything has been deleted.
- What we keep: invoices and the signed agreement are kept for 7 years, because Dutch tax law requires it. Deleting your account does not end the agreement: payments continue until the end of its term.
If it does not work in the app, email info@designcheck.nl from the email address of your account.
Having your data deleted
When you disconnect Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp in your workspace (Koppelingen, choose the service, Ontkoppelen), we delete the access tokens immediately. If you remove us in your Facebook settings, under Business integrations, our access stops working too.
Do you also want the messages and other data we fetched through Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp deleted, or want to know which data we hold about you? Email info@designcheck.nl, ideally from the email address of your account. We delete it within one month and let you know when it is done. Did you send a message to a business that works with DesignCheck? You can email us too.

Your website
You change text and photos yourself in the website builder of your workspace. Rather not? Send us what needs to change. Small corrections, such as a typo or new opening hours, cost nothing extra. An extra page or feature has a fixed price agreed in advance.
